Jan Storey has 25 years' experience as a line manager, director and coach. She heads a specialist consultancy devoted to bringing leading edge learning methods into business. She has an MSc in change management and has taught on Surrey University’s Masters programme Change Agent Skills and Strategies. She is a teachers' teacher and a consultant to other consultants.
She utilises her knowledge of business practices and excellence, organisational psychotherapy and her specialist subject of building leadership style and charisma to shape and develop the Radical Reintegrative Coaching (RRC) programme.

The seed of the idea that produced RCC emerged whilst Jan was climbing in the Himalayas with a party of talented people, most of whom were leaders in their particular fields. It became apparent that technical know how and bullish attitude alone doesn't produce a leader capable of inspiring and influencing others: in such extreme conditions, lack of personal insight can be a matter of life or death!
Her previous and present clients are from the pharmaceutical, retail, financial, travel, petroleum, leisure and education sectors. RRC has proved successful in each business area. The foundations of excellence are built on growing talented, emotionally intelligent and empowered people at the top of every organisation.
Jan's clients include leaders from, amongst others: South Western Electricity Board, Oxfordshire Health Authority, British Airways, Automobile Association, London Stock Exchange, Danceworks/Natureworks in central London, British Gas, Shell Direct, Volvo Cars, Arcadia, GlaxoSmithKline, Croyden College, Police Force Northern Ireland and British Telecomm.
Jan’s personal style is profoundly intuitive and deeply transpersonal. She believes that organisations, including her own, have a responsibility to become effective or cease to exist. A high percentage of Jan's clients either are, or quickly become, VPs or board members. She does not work with those who are not interested in learning/changing and is constantly curious, delighted and surprised at the courage, capacity for growth and depth of other human beings.
